Basic Features

These features are all included as part of your standard Convention contract.


Basic Online Resource Module
Administrators can add online resources (manually) to the system. This can include links to Zoom (or comparable) sessions, links to YouTube (or comparable) videos, etc. Attendees can launch the meeting or video directly from the online program.

Exhibitor Module
A virtual exhibit hall will be available as part of the online program.

Timezone Converter
Visitors to the online program will be able to see all events converted to their local timezone.

Group Access Control

Access to online resources can be controlled by conference registration or membership status.

Poster Module
Users and/or Administrators can create online electronic Poster Boards for their presentations using a rich text editor. The posters will be displayed via the online program.

Chat/Communication Features
1. Attendees can start a chat session with other users. For example, a user may ask to speak with an exhibitor or another attendee.
2. Attendees can provide feedback to a session.

Basic Third Party Integration with Zoom
Client can create a Zoom meeting  automatically through the All Academic scheduling interface.

Zoom Hosts Module
All Academic’s software uses the Zoom API to assign hosts to sessions.
