Basic Features

These features are all available for a standard fee as part of your Convention contract.

Basic Online Resource Module
Administrators can add online resources (manually) to the system. This can include links to Zoom (or comparable) sessions, links to YouTube (or comparable) videos, etc. Attendees can launch the meeting or video directly from the online program.

Basic Exhibitor Module
A virtual exhibit hall will be available as part of the online program. The basic version of the exhibit hall displays a logo, a brief description, and a link to the exhibitor's website.

Timezone Converter
Visitors to the online program will be able to see all events converted to their local timezone.

Group Access Control

Access to online resources can be controlled by conference registration and/or membership status.

Poster Module
Users and/or Administrators can create online electronic Poster Boards for their presentations using a rich text editor. The posters will be displayed via the online program.

Chat/Communication Features

Third Party Integration with Zoom
Client can create a Zoom meeting  automatically through the All Academic scheduling interface. All Academic’s software uses the Zoom API to assign hosts to sessions.

Premium Exhibitor Features
The premium exhibit hall includes levels of sponsorship (gold, silver, bronze, etc.), and a virtual exhibit booth that includes full description, a banner logo, social media icons/links, contact information, special promotions, etc..
